Customer Orders and Delivery

Free Delivery for Aloha, Oregon and neighboring areas.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for custom orders.

Confirmation of custom orders will include estimated delivery date.

Returns & refunds

• All items are sold as is, no returns or exchanges. However, we stand by our work and if there are any issues or defects, we will attempt to remedy it.
• Returns and refunds are only accepted in the event of a designer defect and must occur within 15 days. The item must appear to have been used properly and not mistreated.
• Returns and refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Crafts & Crochet by R and J, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds.
• In the event of a return or refund of items purchased, the refunded amount will be credited via store credit.
